Kentucky resident David Grorud is thrilled he made the move to Ting. Around six months ago, his family ditched two feature phones with their old provider for two HTC 8XT’s on Ting and still lowered their monthly bill!

“We’re saving $35/month and we get to enjoy smartphones instead of the dumb phones we had with our previous carrier.”

Like many families across the US, Ting rates made sense for David and his wife.

“Why should you go to a buffet (the other guys) when you’re not really that hungry (you don’t talk and text as much as you think) and you’ve got some fruit and snacks in your backpack (Wi-Fi)?”

“Just buy a burger or sandwich (Ting) and save some money. The money Ting saves us can be spent on our wonderful daughter.”
