Want to be a Ting expert and help improve our service? We need you!
At Ting, we’re always trying to improve our service and make things better for all you lovely people out there. And today is no different.
At the moment, we’re in the process of trying to improve the Ting App. And while we’ve got a pretty good idea of what you want, it occurred to us that there’s probably someone who has a better idea… you!
That’s why we’re calling upon our much-beloved community to help us out. We’re looking for a group of Ting aficionados to beta test our app and tell us where we’ve gone wrong and what we’ve got right.
Now, to be clear, this isn’t a competition so we won’t be offering any incentives for participation. Instead, we’re looking for the real devotees. We are searching for people who want to help us better our service simply because of a desire to improve things for the Ting community at large.
