Ting Unboxing and a giveaway: LG G3

The latest top-notch smartphone to hit the Ting lineup is the LG G3.

A beautifully designed device both inside and out, it sports the highest resolution screen of any current generation smartphone at 1440 x 2560. While not quite high enough to watch your recorded 4K videos in perfect quality, it’ll have to do.

Running a tweaked version of Kit-Kat, LG has put its own spin on things by adding neat features like Knock Code, Smart Notice and Quick Circle. These exclusive additions helped LG earn the “Most Innovative Device Manufacturer of the Year” award at this year’s Global Mobile Awards.

With a 5.5 inch display, the G3 has 0.3 inches on its predecessor, but has refrained from going overboard into phablet territory. If you’re interested in how it stacks up in size compared to other high-end Ting devices, watch our unboxing below.
