How do three networks work?

How do three networks work?

So you may have heard the news that Ting Mobile has added a new network, and may understandably be wondering: “how the heck does that work?” Please, allow us to elaborate.

When we added America’s largest and most reliable network, giving us a total of three nationwide network partners, we knew we had to make sure this would result in better coverage and an improved mobile experience for our customers rather than just being a marketing ploy.

To that end, we’re carefully analyzing each Ting customer’s location as well as their phone’s compatibility with each network. After gathering that information, we send the customer the SIM card for the network that will best work for them.

The fact is, no matter the size of the network, if its coverage is poor where you are or your phone is not suited for that network, your experience is still going to suffer. The smarter option is to go for the network that will perform the best for you given your most common location and current phone. And here’s the joy of three networks: if any of those things change, we can put you on the best network for your new needs. Mobile doesn’t get much smarter than that.

Ready to experience the coverage of three networks while saving on your monthly phone bill? See if your phone can come to Ting Mobile.
