Still, we want to show our appreciation for your decision to go with smarter mobile. That’s why we’re giving new customers that activate on the Flex Plan a $10 gift card just for signing up! And no, this isn’t to some random store you’re unlikely to visit. This gift card can be used at many major online retailers including Amazon, BestBuy, Walmart, Target, Starbucks and Spotify (and in most cases, in-store where applicable).

Activate your first line on Ting Mobile’s Flex plan between 00:00 am ET March 11, 2021, and 23:59 pm ET March 31, 2021, and receive a $10 gift card after two active months of service.

Two active months of service defined as receiving two Ting Mobile bills in which both have a minimum spend of $10 – excluding taxes, regulatory fees and bill credits.

Limit 1 gift card per account. Applicable to accounts created on or after November 18, 2020. Accounts switching lines from existing Ting Mobile accounts or plans are not eligible for this offer. Applicable to customers buying a phone from Ting Mobile and customers bringing their own device, where compatible. 

Applicable accounts will receive gift cards via the email registered on their Ting Mobile account, between their second and third bill; gift cards will be issued via a third party and the customer must follow the redemption mechanism stated in that email in order to redeem within the timeframe permitted – customer will be given 60 days from issuance to redeem the gift card. Ting Mobile accepts no responsibility where a customer has failed to redeem a gift card and will not compensate customers for any such lost funds.
