Samsung Galaxy J3 Achieve $149

As far as budget smartphones go, this one isn’t to be overlooked, especially if you love the Samsung Galaxy line. The J Series was first introduced in 2015, and Samsung made some improvements to get to the J3 Achieve, which came out in 2018.
