What’s the quickest route to getting fiber installed in our neighborhood?

If transparency was a color, it would be our favorite. It’s also why we enjoy answering questions from our customers.

For instance, Humphrey Lui from Charlottesville asks, “Is there any way a neighborhood can accelerate the process of getting fiber installed?”

Adam Eisner, VP of Internet, explains that while Ting is making great strides in getting all of downtown Charlottesville set up for crazy fast fiber Internet, areas around the city will take a little more work due to HOA’s and other factors.
